Changes to Custom Orders

If you would like to change your order, you must contact us during the first 48 hours after your order has been placed. Changes made after this period may not be possible or may be subject to additional fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Bicycles: All bicycle orders are final 48 hours after the order is placed. Since our custom bicycles are built to order, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Merchandise: Other merchandise must be returned unopened, unworn, or unused (at our discretion) with the original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Warranty

The parts and components we use on our bicycles are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please consult the original manufacturer’s website for more information.

We rely on our local reputation and will stand behind our workmanship. Please notify us of any defects within the first 30 days of ownership and we will do what we can to make it right. In addition, any tune-ups or minor adjustments are free of charge within 14 days of original purchase. We cannot guarantee against wear and tear or damage as the result of a crash and will make warranty assessments case by case.
